What featured actually means.
Not a bigger card or a brighter colour. A featured listing is placed first in every list it already belongs to — a search a buyer runs, the page for its category, the page for its town, the page for its country, and the related businesses block at the foot of every listing like it.
It does not put you in searches you have nothing to do with. A buyer looking for colour sorters will not be shown a rice mill because it paid. What it does is settle who is first among the businesses that already matched — and on a page of forty exporters, first is most of the enquiries.
No card needed. Message us and we will arrange payment whichever way suits you, then set the listing up for you — send us your number, your products and your team, and we will put them on the page.

For the business that wants to be found first. Limited by design — a page of featured listings is a page with no top.

Common questions
Does it cost anything to be listed on Rice Directory?
No. Being in the directory is free and always will be. Anyone can add a business, and the listing carries its name, category, address and map pin at no charge.
What does a verified listing change?
Your own phone number and WhatsApp button go on the page, so buyer enquiries reach you directly instead of coming to us. You also get the blue verified tick, up to ten products with photos, team profiles, and the advert comes off your page.
What does a featured listing add on top of that?
Position. A featured business is placed at the top of search results, of its category page, of its location page and of its country page, above every other listing on those pages, and carries a gold tick instead of a blue one.
How much does each one cost?
A verified listing is $299 a year. A featured listing is $2,999 a year. Both are billed once, with no setup or hidden fees.
Do I need a card to pay?
No. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange payment whichever way suits you, then set the listing up for you.
How do I correct something on my listing?
Open the listing and press Suggest an edit. That opens WhatsApp with the listing already named in the message, and we make the change for you. It is free, whichever tier you are on.
What happens if I do not pay for anything?
Nothing changes. Your free listing stays exactly as it is, nothing is removed, and you can upgrade it later whenever you are ready.
