What Rice Directory is

Rice Directory is an index of businesses in the rice industry. We publish information about companies; we do not buy, sell, broker, ship, inspect or guarantee rice or machinery, and we are not a party to any deal you make with a business you find here.

Accuracy

Listings are compiled from public sources and from submissions, and are provided as they are. We do not warrant that any listing is current, complete or correct. Verify a business independently before sending money, goods or confidential information.

A "verified" badge means we have confirmed that a listing is managed by someone at that business. It is not an endorsement, a credit check, or a quality assessment.

Submitting a listing

• Only submit a business you are entitled to represent, or public information about a business.
• Submitted details are published, so do not include anything confidential.
• Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing content.
• You keep ownership of what you submit, and give us permission to publish and display it in the directory.
• We review submissions before they go live and may edit, decline or remove any listing at our discretion.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape or bulk-copy the directory, or republish it as a competing dataset.
• Use contact details from listings to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its API.
• Impersonate a business or a person.

Our content

The site's design, text and compiled arrangement of listings belong to Rice Directory. Individual business names, logos and product details belong to those businesses.

Links to other sites

The directory links out to business websites, map providers and advertisers. We are not responsible for anything on those sites.

Availability

We aim to keep the directory online but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features at any time.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rice Directory is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any dealing with a business listed on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Removing a listing

If you are the owner of a listed business and want the listing corrected or taken down, send us an enquiry with the address of the listing. See the contact page for other ways to reach us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
